You have 2 options
Regular Repair: A repair fee of $400 will be charged for the evaluation and all labor in the repair of the teach pendant. Parts will be additional. We will call you with a total quote after the evaluation. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the repair fee of $400 will still be charged.
Repair: A repair fee of $500 will be charged for the evaluation and all labor in the repair of the teach pendant. Parts will be additional. We will automatically repair the teach pendant if its total repair cost (parts and labor) is under $2500. If the total repair cost is over $2500, we will call you with an estimate. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the repair fee of $500 will still be charged. Turn around time if the repair cost is under $2500 is usually very quick.
A repair form will be generated and attached in an email. Put this form on the box with the teach pendant.
